Contract Administration

Once the design is complete and the project is underway, we offer continued professional services and support in contract administration and construction management. Our professionals manage your project from pre-construction meetings to completion and continue to assist through the warranty and maintenance period.

We also provide construction management consultative services and contract administration to clients who've chosen to employ the services of a Design/Build or EPC (engineer, procure, construct) team. In this scenario, we're engaged by the client as their representative to insure the project's terms of reference and contractual obligations are met.
